Services

Seven M Construction is a full service landscaping company, if you can dream it we can build it. Our services include, final grades, sod, decorative rock, paving stone, retaining wall, trees and shrubs, irrigation systems, fences and decks, ponds and water features.

Final Grades

 Seven M Construction LTD guarantees final grade approval on final grades installed by us. Any deficiencies noted on the inspection report that require changes to the topsoil work will be repaired at no further charge. Remember that the city will inspect downspouts sump pump discharges and anything else that directs water drainage on your property.

Free Estimates

To get a free estimate:

Fax or email in a copy of a plot plan, surveyors report, real property report or diagram. Be sure it has dimensions on it. Write your street address, name and phone number on it or on a cover sheet as well as any comments or questions. These can be done year round. (Do NOT send the rough grade certificate, it does not have lengths and widths - use the lot plan from your builder's package)

Our basic new home estimates will include package pricing for the final grade, (delivering, spreading with bobcat, raking and rolling to final levels), sod supplied and installed at the minimum as well as any other work you may wish done such as rock, trees, shrubs, flower gardens, etc.

We also do decks, fencing, patios and retaining wals.

For other than new home landscaping, fax, email or drop of a copy of a plan or drawing (with measurements) and we do an estimate based on that.

Complete Landscaping

Seven M Construction LTD is a full service landscaping company. Just bring in your plan and we will do a free estimate. We are not a design firm but we can give you practical advise for designing a beautiful outdoor space. See the photo gallery for ideas to help you design your own space.

Patio & Retaining Walls

Seven M Construction LTD can install paving stone patio and all types of retaining walls. Certified installers will make sure your patio and retaining walls look beautiful and last for years. To get an estimate measure and draw out your plan and then send it over to us.

If you decide to do it yourself we can help estimate the materials required and put together a detailed estimate of materials only. Just measure and draw out a plan and stop in at the retails sales centre where someone from staff can assist you.
